What if I want to return my order?

In situations where you are dissatisfied with your purchase (e.g., damaged during delivery, wrong item sent, etc.), please inform Customer Service at support@sediour.com before returning the item. Otherwise, your request will not be processed. Requests for product returns must be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Damaged goods must be returned with their original box and packaging slip. Please provide the return tracking number for all items.

What about postage charges?

Customers are responsible for the postage charges to return the item(s) to us during the return process. SEDIOUR will bear the postage costs if the wrong item(s) was sent. Please allow 14 working days for this process to be completed. For further information, please email support@sediour.com.

How do I return my purchase?

Please email your inquiries to support@sediour.com with the subject "Return Item". We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed. To facilitate and expedite the process, please email or DM us via Instagram with pictures of the product & its condition, as well as your order details for record purposes.

In what situations are returns & refunds not allowed?

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following situations:

Change of mind: Once a purchase is made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds solely due to a change of mind.

Product unsuitability: If the product is not suitable for your needs or preferences, we cannot process a return or issue a refund. While we do not accept returns, we are committed to providing support and guidance to help you derive maximum benefit from your SEDIOUR product.

Returning unused products: Even if the product is unused, we do not accept returns or provide refunds in such cases. We advise our customers to carefully review product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure it meets your requirements. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within the specified period for assistance and possible resolution.
